BIOGRAPHY
Taka Higashino, a giant in the land of Freestyle Motocross. The Osaka native first cut his Moto teeth when he was seven, eventually turning pro at the ripe old age of 18. In 2007, Higashino took a risk to pursue his dream of becoming an elite FMX rider when he relocated to California, with the goal of maximizing opportunities and increasing his exposure on the Motocross scene. Taka began to really turn heads in 2010, after earning a bronze medal for his FMX Best Trick performance at the 2010 X Games. In 2012 and 2013, Higashino won three X Games gold medals and claimed top prize at the 2013 Red Bull X-Fighters competition, cementing himself as a true icon in the world of freestyle Motocross. This FMX legend is the perfect example of someone who followed their dreams and gave it all to reach new altitudes.
